The Polestar Pilates Studio in Ponsonby is the head office and national training hub for Polestar Pilates NZ.

Since 2000, Maree Seerden and her team have led Polestar Pilates New Zealand, delivering internationally accredited teacher training programmes and mentoring the next generation of instructors. Today, Polestar-trained Pilates teachers can be found in physiotherapy and medical practices, fitness and wellness centres, and performing arts facilities across the country.
