Core Strength & Spine Mobility


Our Pilates Mat classes feature the traditional Pilates exercises using your body weight as resistance. Exercises are performed on a cushioned mat on the floor in a sequence to warm up the body, focus on core strength, improve segmental spine mobility for overall body balance.


Small apparatus such as foam rollers, franklin balls, therabands may be included for added variety, toning, resistance & challenge!

All of our classes are small and intimate so that you can be monitored safely and obtain that crucial individual attention.
